The name Macalister Mansion honours Sir Norman Macalister, one of the first British Governors of Penang (then known as Prince of Wales Island) from 1808 – 1810. Sir Norman Macalister also gave his name to Macalister Road, where the boutique hotel is situated. ]

The natural lighting bright up the entire environment!
They are the only cafe where serve TWG tea in penang if i not mistaken!
but not as much flavor as the TWG store in kl.
Not sure that gurney paragon open TWG ady, and is same like the one in kl or only sell the tea @.@

Actually their TWG tea is Rm20 per pot.
Cant really remember what tea we order , something like earl grey black tea or .....
Taste quite okay~ Acceptable after we add some sugar
Tried before Sakura! Sakura! tea and creme brulee tea, not really our cup of tea, taste weird =.=
Their afternoon tea set come with Miniature chicken burger, Duck egg on sourdough, Quiche, little cute pastries cakes, Cherry Liver Pate and blablabla....
hahahaaa! Cant really remember
those little stuff will make you super full and is really yummssss!
